Must be flexible to start as early as 2:00 AM.Overtime: Holiday flexibility is required.Perks & BenefitsImmediate Accrual: Start earning PTO on your very first day (eligible to use after 60 days).Equipment Provided: No personal vehicle required; a commercial company van is provided for all routes.Primary ResponsibilitiesRoute Transportation: Safely navigate regional routes to deliver wholesale flowers and floral supplies to retail stores and local warehouses.Freight Handling: Load, unload, and organize cargo vans efficiently, ensuring fragile products are protected.Physical Logistics: Regularly carry inventory shipments up and down stairs as required by specific delivery locations.Independent Work: Manage your route timing independently while maintaining strict punctuality.Candidate Requirements & Physical DemandsPhysically Demanding Role: This is a high-activity, physically demanding job requiring continuous movement, loading, and unloading throughout the shift.Heavy Lifting: Must possess the physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and climb stairs while carrying freight.Experience: Proven commercial or route delivery driving experience (food service delivery does not count).Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history (No CDL required).Screening: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and a pre-employment drug screen.#IND1
