Key responsibilities include closing the restaurant, prepping work areas for the following day, and providing exceptional customer service, quality food and speedy service. The role requires availability for late night shifts and a willingness to take on increasing responsibility. Responsibilities Close the restaurant efficiently and cleanly. Prepare work areas for the following day. Assist with food preparation, customer service, and maintain quality standards. Support team members during the late shift. Qualifications Available to work evening/night shifts. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong teamwork and customer service skills. Ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform light lifting in a fast‑paced environment. Legal authorization to work in the United States and minimum age of 16.
