Director, Product Management

Director Product Management (Sleepy Hollow, NY) Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure that associated IT work is completed with accurate requirements. The role involves translating requirements into innovative business and system design solutions, coordinating with technical teams, overseeing testing, and supporting post‑launch activities. The Director will also manage two direct reports (Product Managers), collaborate with customers, and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and clearly state business requirements. Oversee translation of requirements and processes into realistic, innovative business and system design solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to align design approaches and future strategy. Close gaps quickly to accelerate the system development process. Document and approve unit test plans and evidence of testing. Conduct quality assurance testing of applications and integrations before business testing. Assist with user acceptance testing for major initiatives, small projects, and enhancements. Serve as bridge between internal functional owners and software development teams. Track risks and issues, keeping stakeholders updated. Contribute to project planning, implementation plans, and post‑launch hyper‑care support. Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend future improvements. Build and manage relationships with assigned customers. Develop deep knowledge of HR and Service application technologies and business processes. Act as a workstream lead to ensure key process areas meet current and future business requirements. Allow local telecommuting up to 1 day per week; domestic travel up to 10% and international travel up to 5%. Salary Range $223,642 – $305,200 per year. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Product/Technical Lead and Systems Analyst for HR projects. At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow. Experience with Core HR processes and supporting technology platforms: Workday Recruiting, HCM modules (Position Management, Security, Manager/Employee Self‑Service, Onboarding, Compensation/Advanced Compensation), Talent‑Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, and Reporting. Ability to develop applications to support design and specification creation. Proficiency in analyzing and documenting complex business processes and solution approaches. Experience performing market research and vendor/platform assessment of HR applications. Skill in documenting process and system flowcharts in Visio. Domestic travel up to 10% and international travel up to 5%.
