Job Description The Commercial Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of commercial marketing programs that drive sales growth, brand awareness, and demand generation for Sprecher+Schuh across North America. This role partners with sales, channel partners, product management, and corporate marketing to deliver high‑quality marketing tools, campaigns, and communications that enable sales effectiveness. In this role, you will focus on execution and coordination of marketing programs, including sales enablement materials, digital campaigns, product launch support, and channel marketing activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring consistent messaging, delivery of marketing assets, and alignment between commercial priorities and field sales needs. Your Responsibilities Execute North America commercial marketing plans aligned with sales strategies and growth objectives, coordinating timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders. Leverage AI‑based tools to accelerate the creation and optimization of marketing assets. These assets include web copy, videos, blogs, product descriptions, email content, and campaign messaging. While doing so, ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards. Partner with Sales Managers, Channel Managers, distributors/representatives, and Product Management to deliver targeted programs for key verticals, OEMs, and strategic accounts, including coordination of content syndication with distribution. Execute digital marketing initiatives, including email, web/CMS updates, social media, and landing pages. Apply AI‑powered search and SEO best practices to improve search performance, lead generation, and discoverability. Manage and grow the social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement through content planning, post scheduling, community interaction, and performance reporting. Plan and support trade shows, industry events, conferences, and distributor meetings, including logistics, materials, and post‑event follow‑up. Maintain marketing content libraries, databases, and document repositories; ensure materials follow brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Support value propositions, messaging, and competitive positioning by collecting and sharing market feedback (customer needs, competitive insights, and emerging trends). Track and report on marketing activities (campaign performance, lead metrics, and engagement) and support the development of training materials, webinars, and distributor education content. The Essentials – You Will Have Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The ability to travel up to 25% for trade shows, events, and team collaboration. The Preferred – You Might Also Have Typically requires 3+ years of experience in commercial marketing, channel marketing, B2B marketing, or industrial marketing roles. Experience supporting a technical or industrial product line. Experience developing marketing content, sales enablement tools, and digital marketing assets. Prior experience working with channel partners, distributors, or manufacturer representatives.
