Growth Data Scientist: Experimentation & Personalization
Replit
Replit is seeking a founding data scientist for its Growth team in Foster City, CA. You will own data science for major growth areas, partnering with PMs and engineers from problem framing through launch and readout. You will design experiments and metrics with rapid decision cycles to bridge short readouts and long-term retention impact. You’ll help establish experimentation standards across high-traffic surfaces, using quasi-experimental designs when randomization isn’t feasible and shaping #J-18808-Ljbffr
