Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure Food Handlers' certification Knowledge of facility, services, menus (including entrées and their ingredients), job duties, kashrut/kosher dietary laws, and policies and procedures, and/or can seek information to accommodate resident/guest needs and assure safe and efficient work environment Set up trays and dining room tables per guest preferences and diet orders. Follow seating arrangements and notify Diet Aide or manager of conflicts or changes Follow diet rosters and tray tickets for accuracy of therapeutic and texture modified diets, allergies, preferences, dining room, and other special needs. Notify diet aide or RDN prior to making any modifications Obtain meal preferences for individuals who have not completed the weekly menu. Record and report food preferences and intolerances to RD and Diet Aide #J-18808-Ljbffr
