Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Arlington, VA by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive nationwide with HMD Trucking on dedicated OTR dry van routes hauling HazMat freight with a focus on safety and reliability.
Key Duties:
- Safely transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT standards
- Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and delivery documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routing and on-time performance
What You’ll Get:

- Late-model tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
- In-house maintenance support and predictable bi-weekly home time
Ideal candidates hold a CDL A license, HazMat endorsement, and 12+ months of experience.
