Stonewall Plaza in Winchester, VA is hiring a Salon Manager. We take walk-ins and online check-in.

Set the tone for a team that runs on real systems.

Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P

Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 1P-6P shift

$17.50/hr base plus tips, averaging $31.50-$41.50/hr total

Product sales commission

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Leader: Prior leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred).
• Licensed Stylist: Current cosmetology or barber license (as required by state regulations).
• Cutting Stylist: Ready to work behind the chair alongside your team during assigned shifts.
• Strong Communicator: Able to share performance updates and feedback with upper management.
