Strategic IT Portfolio Lead: Growth & Delivery

CACI International Inc

National Harbor, MD

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to oversee a broad IT services portfolio for DHS. This role leads program delivery, interfaces with contracts and security teams, and drives on-contract growth while maintaining executive-level relationships. Responsibilities include staffing, performance management, and developing proposals and briefings. A PMP, ITIL, and Agile expertise are preferred, with a focus on AI-enabled innovation.
