Looking for a hands-on opportunity to work outdoors and make a difference in creating beautiful landscapes? West Oaks Landscape & Design, Inc., located in White Lake, MI, is seeking motivated and reliable seasonal laborers to join our team. Whether you're looking to gain experience or just enjoy working in the fresh air, this is the perfect role for you—no prior experience required!
What You’ll Be DoingAs a seasonal laborer, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver top-notch landscaping and design services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, laying sod, and trimming.
- Installing hardscape, such as pavers, stone, and brick.
- Preparing and maintaining outdoor spaces to meet our high-quality standards.
- Supporting the team with various physical tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
We’re not asking for years of experience—just a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard! Here’s what we’d love to see:
- A strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor.
- A team player who works well with others.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Boots required for safety and comfort while on the job.
- Bring your own water to stay hydrated throughout the day.
