WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  As our Parts & Service Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations and the trusted expert customers rely on for knowledgeable support and outstanding service. You’ll be the friendly face to greet customers as you help them find parts, quote repairs, and ensure every interaction ends with confidence and satisfaction.

Each day, you will use your product knowledge and our in-house tools to identify the right parts and solutions for every situation. Whether it’s helping a long-time customer or assisting someone new, you’ll build strong, lasting relationships through attentive service and genuine care.

In this role, you’ll also stay on top of product details, services, and pricing so you can answer questions with ease and accuracy. You’ll manage paperwork, quotes, and transactions efficiently, handle credits and adjustments smoothly, and keep work orders and invoices organized and up to date. You will also act as our parts delivery driver and warehouse support person when needed.

WHAT YOU NEED:

•   Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts counter sales; basic knowledge of parts inventory, inventory control, and warehouse procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to connect with customers in person and over the phone to recommend products and services; ability to clearly convey technical information to customers and coworkers.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record – while this role is based out of our Ellensburg location, it will require at least weekly travel to Yakima in a company vehicle.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with appropriate safe-handling practices
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation: $26 -31.50/hr (Depending on Experience)
