Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered Copilot agents and automation solutions within the COO and PMO functions. This role combines delivery leadership with hands-on solution architecture, ensuring successful deployment of agentic AI solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI technologies . The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Design and implement Copilot Studio solutions, including prompt architecture, agent configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, enterprise repositories, and custom connectors.
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and best practices to drive consistency across AI deployments.
• Define and execute MCP (Model Context Protocol) and connector integration strategies across enterprise applications and workflows.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to support agent orchestration and business process automation.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance through Entra ID integration, enterprise access controls, and data boundary enforcement.
• Coordinate business reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and SME validation to ensure solution quality and adoption.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Serve as the primary delivery interface between program leadership and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio , including agent design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate , including workflow automation, approvals, exception handling, and process orchestration.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, enterprise content repositories, and custom connectors.
• Proven ability to develop reusable prompt architectures and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Experience defining and implementing MCP and enterprise integration strategies.
• Strong understanding of governance, Entra ID, security controls, access management, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation programs in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and delivery leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI solutions within banking, wealth management, capital markets, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with COO, PMO, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation functions.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or related technologies.
• Experience working within vendor-led or managed services delivery models.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph APIs, Power Platform governance, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
