Project Architect Level II

WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage project phases from schematic design through construction administration Contribute to design direction Work directly with clients and consultants Lead technical development of drawings and detailing in ArchiCAD Collaborate in small teams (typically 2–3 people per project) WHAT MAKES KS|a DIFFERENT Small teams mean real ownership and influence Direct client relationships Relaxed, ego-free studio culture 40-hour workweeks are the norm Overtime is rare and intentional Midweek skiing happens QUALIFICATIONS Licensed architect with 6 or more years of professional experience Strong residential design and technical execution skills Proficiency in ArchiCAD and construction documentation Demonstrated experience leading projects and client relationships Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset SALARY AND BENEFITS $100,000-$130,000 (based on experience) Our benefits program includes paid time off, health insurance, healthy living benefit, and matching 401(k) contributions.
