This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.Job DutiesReceive, count, and register incoming packages in the system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely movement throughout the warehouse.Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely to transport packages to designated warehouse locations.Sort products and place inventory on the correct racks and shelves in accordance with established procedures and production deadlines.Review work orders and accurately pick, prepare, and stage customer stock orders while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.Complete outbound shipping processes, including packaging products and applying correct shipping labels.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company safety standards.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
