Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Two full-time roles are available, offering you the chance to impact young learners from July 2026 through May 2027. Collaborate in a dynamic educational setting, Monday through Friday, near vibrant San Diego, CA. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current California SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• School-based pediatric experience preferred
• Fluency in both Spanish and English required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseload responsibilities independently and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students on an assigned caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders, formulating individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies and support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide evaluations, and maintain detailed progress notes compliant with school policies
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and culturally responsive approaches to support diverse learners
