Summary The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury customer experiences and acts as a brand ambassador at the Wynn Las Vegas boutique. The role focuses on maximizing individual and team sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and supporting omni-channel initiatives through CRM engagement. Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers, providing a personalized luxury in-store experience. Drive sales and meet individual and team KPIs through proactive selling and cross-selling. Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to develop and grow relationships. Support omni-channel activities and collaborate with other departments. Maintain high visual merchandising, shop floor standards, and stock procedures. Handle customer complaints and liaise with the line manager when necessary. Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts. Requirements Passion for selling and knowledge of luxury fashion and the product category. Experience building long-lasting client relationships and delivering high-quality service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
