Schedule Nights, working 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Job Description Seeking a dedicated Pediatric Critical Care RN to join the float pool. The RN will work across pediatric units including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, ensuring high-quality care in critical situations. Responsibilities Provide direct care for pediatric patients in critical conditions. Float between pediatric units as necessary to meet patient care needs. Participate in assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience. Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
