We are currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) for immediate openings throughout the Twin Cities area.

CURRENT OPENINGS

SHAKOPEE / PRIOR LAKE / SAVAGE

Female Client – Personal Care & Household Support

• Double amputee
• Assistance with ADLs
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation
• Home has cats and birds

Shifts:

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
• Weekends: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM

Male Client – Parkinson’s

• Assistance with ADLs
• Personal care and daily support

Shifts:

• Weekdays: 5:30 PM–7:30 AM
• Weekends: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM

10-Year-Old Boy – Pediatric Care

• Down syndrome
• Feeding tube
• Leg braces
• Assistance with daily care and routines

Shifts:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–9:30 AM
• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–5:00 PM

THE PROMISE CARE CAREGIVER ROLE

As an HHA with Promise Care, you’ll provide meaningful support to individuals in their homes and communities who need assistance due to age, illness, disability, or other circumstances.

We also support children and teenagers who need additional assistance navigating daily routines, school, behaviors, and life.

Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:

• Hands-on personal care
• Assistance with ADLs
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Errands
• Companionship
• Household activities
• Support with daily routines
• Child and youth support

Our HHAs are responsible for providing care in a safe, caring, respectful, and professional manner , following Promise Care policies and applicable industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a state background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caregiving
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication skills
