Job Description A growing consumer packaged goods organization is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth, expand retail distribution, and improve in-store execution across an assigned territory.
This is a strong opportunity for a sales professional with experience in CPG, retail execution, grocery, convenience, drug, dollar, or broker-supported sales channels who enjoys building relationships, getting into stores, and turning retail strategy into measurable results.
About the Role
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for growing brand presence, strengthening retailer relationships, and ensuring strong in-store performance across key accounts. This role will work closely with grocery wholesalers, regional grocery chains, retail partners, and broker partners to help deliver against sales, distribution, and profitability goals.
This is a field-based role requiring regular local travel by car within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across assigned retail accounts and territory.
- Expand product distribution with grocery, convenience, drug, dollar, and regional retail partners.
- Execute strong in-store performance, including merchandising, placement, promotions, and retail execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and broker partners.
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular reporting.
- Use data and market insights to support sales strategy and improve account performance.
- Partner with internal leadership and external broker teams to achieve territory goals.

Qualifications
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in CPG sales, retail execution, or related field sales.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a territory, prioritize accounts, and follow through on execution.
- Experience working with grocery, drug, dollar, convenience, or regional retail accounts.
- Familiarity with broker-supported sales models and field execution.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, IRI/Nielsen, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with merchandising, distribution growth, promotional execution, or account-level sales planning.
