Minimum Qualifications: Valid United States driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in a delivery driver role or similar position involving customer service. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic proficiency with mobile devices and delivery tracking software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting sales teams or working in a sales support capacity. Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local and regional routes to optimize delivery efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to logistics or customer service are a plus. Responsibilities: Safely and promptly deliver products to customers across assigned routes within the United States. Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures to confirm receipt of goods. Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback and supporting order entry and tracking processes. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and inventory levels to ensure data integrity. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure operational safety. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues. Support warehouse operations by assisting with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed. Skills: In this role, strong driving skills and adherence to safety protocols are essential for successful and timely deliveries.
