Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect – Azure & Terraform to join their team. As a Senior Cloud Architect – Azure & Terraform, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting Cloud Engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Role: Senior Cloud Architect – Azure & Terraform Location: Chandler, AZ 85224 (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion What's the Job? Design and implement software solutions aligned with the organization's cloud strategy Collaborate across technology teams to create innovative solutions Ensure code quality adheres to standards for security, accessibility, and performance Conduct unit and integration testing to validate software functionality Participate actively in requirements, architecture reviews, and design meetings What's Needed? Experience with writing infrastructure as code using Terraform Deep knowledge of Azure Networking components and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Hands‑on experience with cloud security frameworks and tools like Azure Policy, Azure Defender, and Azure Sentinel Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Maven and Jenkins Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Cloud Engineering What's in it for me?
