Title: Global Strategic Sourcing Manager
Address: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Hybrid - 3-4 days in office
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
Bonus: Bonus Potential

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop effective supplier and inventory management performance metrics to accurately gauge supplier and improvement opportunities
Participates in developing budgets for capital projects
Source and manage capital equipment vendors
Pricing, trend, and market analysis
Be the process owner of all RFQ tracking
Manage the purchase order process
Guarantees policy and procedure compliance
Evaluates bids and selects suppliers based on price, delivery, quality, and service to obtain best overall value
Negotiate contracts for equipment and services

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related major, preferred
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience specifically in capital projects/MRO
ERP experience including SAP, JD Edwards, etc
Excellent negotiation, analytical and organization & presentation skills
Ability to plan and prioritize a wide variety of activities
