What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in compliance with regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) or   Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)  license in New Mexico
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency, or clinic settings preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and understanding of healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual earnings: $78,500 – $94,000 (fee-for-service)
