RecruiterLocation: Tulsa, OklahomaJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting people with opportunities and eager to learn the full scope of recruitment. You will manage the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, all while working closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a smooth and effective recruiting experience.Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer acceptanceDevelop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, internal ATS, etc.)Source candidates using a variety of methods including online databases, social media, and networkingScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers on next stepsSchedule and manage interviews, feedback, and follow-up communicationMaintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking systemEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processCollaborate with team members to continuously improve recruiting strategies and processesAssist with onboarding and new hire paperwork to ensure a smooth transitionEducation and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldQualifications and Requirements:0–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, sales, or customer serviceStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)High attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plusA proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the recruiting industryAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Archon Resources
