Dental Health Therapist

Dental Hygienist Pay range: $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at Benevis. As a member of our practice, you'll support excellent dental care in the community, help create smiles and memorable experiences, and work primarily with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base. Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Provide direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service by seeking opportunities to offer Same Day Care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs of patients and review medical history. Assist with dental and periodontal charting. Work under the general supervision of a dentist and provide general support to the office. Earn bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly bonuses based on office performance. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dental hygiene. Experience working with children preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to work in a team and follow a dentist’s supervision.
