Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association
• BLS issued through American Heart Association
• HCPs are required to take MOAB if they don’t already have CPI or MOAB

• Float Required: No
• Patient Volume: Approximately 8-9 patients daily
• Patient Population: Ages 2 years through adolescents
