STANDARD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. is a family-owned Arizona civil general contractor since 2001. We specialize in performing street improvements, underground utilities, drainage improvements.
Job Duties could include the following:
- Maintain a clean job site that is free of potential hazards
- Demolishing and/or placing construction materials
- Cleaning and/or preparing the construction site to eliminate hazards
- Measuring, marking and/or recording layout areas for construction
- May assist with controlling traffic
- Signaling equipment operator to align and adjust machinery
- Loading, unloading materials, machinery, tools and distributing to appropriate job locations.
Work Qualifications:
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor under adverse weather conditions
- Able to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, crouch for long periods
- Ability to work independently
- Communicates well with team members
- Prioritizes work to meet goals and deadlines
- Practices good safety habits
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
