Food manufacturing plant is seeking Line operators.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

1. Maintain a clean work environment.
2. Be able to effectively operate equipment as required.  
3. Have a basic understanding of the GMPs and Food Security. 
4. Notify Food Safety Manager and or Supervisor of any repairs or adjustments that are required.
5. Perform Basic Sanitation Functions.
6. Perform all duties necessary to meet Addison James Foods, and or Government requirements / standards as prioritized by Addison James Foods, HACCP, and SQF.
7. Notify Food Safety Manager or any other Management personnel of ANY Food Safety or Quality issues.
8. Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
9. Identify problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the raw material, processes, quality system, or safety system, by performing Production/Quality Checks as assigned.
10. Controls further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
11. Able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
12. Good vision and sense of smell
13. Ability to perform specific detailing required for each product.
14. Able to learn and perform trimmer, inspector and packer operations.
