Job Description Residency Program Director opening in Johnstown, PA Pittsburgh 69mWe are seeking an experienced and collaborative physician leader to serve as Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency Program in good standing. This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician-educator who values mentorship, accessibility, and resident engagement within a supportive, collegial training environment. The Program Director will foster a transparent, resident-centered learning environment emphasizing mentorship, collaboration, and shared ownership of program success. Leadership is hands-on, accessible, and embedded within the clinical setting.
