What We Offer You: We provide the following: Schedule: Enjoy a true 4-day work week with rotating weekends. No overnight on-call shifts. When you are off the clock, your time is entirely your own. Top‑Tier Support Staff: Minimum 3:1 assistant/LVT‑to‑doctor ratio. Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000 per year, plus production. Base salary and production percentage are negotiable. Time Off & Growth: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package, plus a dedicated Annual CE allowance. Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical and Dental benefits packages, fully paid NY state license, DEA fees, and AVMA PLIT liability coverage. A Day in the Life: Paced Appointment: Generous appointment times to ensure you can build client trust and work on cases from start to finish without feeling rushed. The Gear: Employ diagnostic ultrasound, laser, electrical stimulation therapy, and a complete IDEXX in‑house diagnostic suite with digital companion x‑ray and up‑to‑date dental radiography tools. Who You Are: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) or equivalent degree. Licensed (or eligible for immediate licensure) in the State of New York.
