Tax Manager

Offices near Cleveland, Akron, and Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities :

Establish workload delegations and ensure completion of needed projects
Mentor and lead other employees in the department
Identify, build, and secure new client relationships
Develop a strong network of professional contacts

Qualifications

5+ years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm REQUIRED.
CPA required
The ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams of people.
Strong corporate tax and/or high net worth individual background and technical skills
