If you've worked with machines, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in quality, we'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment.We're hiring team members ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.What You'll DoLearn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring qualityWork as part of a team to hit daily production goalsInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsTroubleshoot minor issues and keep production movingFollow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspaceWhat We're Looking ForNo bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you.
