Off-Road Haul Truck Driver

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Off-Road Haul Truck Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a 40-ton haul truck.
Safely operate a heavy dump truck
Load and unload cargo
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Inspect the truck before and after the trip
This job works a rotating swing shift. You will be working 12-hour shifts. 6 days on the day shift, 3 days off, 6 days on the night shift 3 days off and so forth. $14 hr during training then $16 hr once completed Requirements Must have a clean background
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Strong work ethic
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work a rotating swing shift

High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
