We're looking for a driven District Service Sales Representative to join our Indianapolis, IN service center. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers in your territory hunting for new business, nurturing existing relationships, and selling trailer service and maintenance solutions to fleets and commercial transportation accounts. What You'll Do:

• Prospect and conquer new customers while maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts
• Sell trailer service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions to trucking companies, fleets, leasing companies, and commercial transportation accounts
• Cold call and conduct in-person visits to build and manage a strong customer pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and serve as the go-to resource for your accounts
• Stay current on industry trends, trailer service developments, and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Proven outside sales experience, ideally in the truck, trailer, or commercial vehicle industry
• Familiarity with trailer service and maintenance strongly preferred
• Clean MVR and comfortable spending time on the road visiting customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you can build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and able to manage your territory with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with the service team to deliver on customer commitments

• Reaching with arms and hands
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
