Maintenance Assistant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Ensures proper cleanliness and general good order of the grounds and the building by following established shift routines. 2. Requests additional supplies as necessary.
3. Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment according to established schedules as directed.
4. Assists with monthly fire drills generator tests and service of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
5. Conduct daily preventive maintenance in assigned areas. 6. Performs other related duties and attends meetings as may be deemed necessary by Supervisor / Administrator and or Director.
