Program Manager Oracle Fusion

Location: Miami, FL Duration: 6 months Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Experience Role Description: 10‑15 years overall experience, with 5 years in Oracle Fusion based programs. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion programs, including implementation, upgrade, rollout, and optimization initiatives. Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams across business and IT. Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, milestones, and dependencies. Establish and maintain program governance, steering committees, and executive reporting. Oracle Fusion Expertise Provide oversight and guidance across Oracle Fusion modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management), HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent). Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure best‑practice adoption. Drive fit‑gap analysis, solution design alignment, and configuration decisions. Oversee data migration, integrations, reporting, and security models. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders and executives; manage system integrators, Oracle partners, and third‑party vendors; facilitate communication between business, IT, and external teams; resolve escalations and remove delivery blockers. Financial Risk Management: Own program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; track benefits realization and ROI; identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Change Adoption: Drive organizational change management in collaboration with business leads; ensure end‑user readiness through training, communication, and support strategies; oversee UAT, go‑live planning, hyper‑care, and transition to operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). 10 years of program/project management experience in large enterprise environments. Hands‑on experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud programs. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and SaaS delivery model. Proven experience with large ERP transformations, global or multi‑entity rollouts. Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive‑level reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Fusion certifications (Financials, SCM, or HCM).
