Experienced Forklift Driver

Harrisburg, OR | Full-Time

Pay: $19–$20/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy production and manufacturing environment in Harrisburg, Oregon. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and be comfortable moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, staging products, and supporting production operations.

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility

• Load and unload trucks

• Move lumber, materials, and finished products to and from production areas

• Stage materials and products for production and shipping

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities

• Keep materials organized and stored in the proper locations

• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any safety or equipment concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

• Communicate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly

• Assist with other general warehouse and production duties as needed

• Previous forklift experience required

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, lumber, or industrial environment preferred

• Current forklift certification is a plus

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Willingness to help with general warehouse and production tasks when needed

• $19–$20/hour DOE
