CareNational is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, permanent position with a respected Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Rehab facility in Roseburg, OR. This role offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping residents improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Pay Details:

$41 - $65 per hour (DOE)

Position Details:

Location: Roseburg, OR
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: Variable | 5 x 8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 per week
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Certification Requirements:

Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
Excellent clinical documentation and care planning skills
Strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary teams
Prior experience in long-term care, post-acute rehab, or skilled nursing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapy interventions
Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy in alignment with physician orders and state/federal guidelines
Track and document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure patient-centered outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques
Promote the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for residents
