Large-Scale Mission Critical Data Center Projects! Senior Superintendent Opportunity We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Job Details Location: North Carolina Position: Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent Travel: Extensive (multiple projects simultaneously) Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards. Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams for smooth project execution. Manage and oversee a team of approximately 100 electricians, ensuring quality and safety standards. Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects. Handle mission‑critical project aspects, ensuring robust and reliable electrical systems. Work on hyperscale projects, managing electrical needs of large‑scale, complex construction projects. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety regulations and procedures. Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry. Proven experience on large‑scale projects with budgets of $500M or more. Demonstrated expertise in mission‑critical data center projects (experience with EV, Pharma, or related acceptable). Strong skills in site coordination and smooth project execution. Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets. Union experience (currently or in the past). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations. Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
