Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License required.
• Minimum 2 years inpatient acute hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with IV admixture preparation, narcotic accountability, and medication safety processes required.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record preferred.
• Board certification or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience processing NICU orders preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Nights.
• Shift Hours: 2000-0700.
• Typical rotation: 7 nights on / 7 nights off schedule.
• Workdays: Wednesday through Tuesday during assigned rotation.
• Unit Size: 44 inpatient beds.
