We help attorneys get better clients through advertising, SEO, websites, intake support, and brand work that actually sounds like a human being instead of a billboard in a suit. We work only with law firms. The idea is simple: lawyers can be highly competent and still relatable, and marketing should help them grow without the usual agency fluff, junk leads, or mystery reporting. Job Summary The Content Creator is responsible for creating and managing all paid social media advertising for Non-Stuffy Marketing. This role owns the creative, setup, optimization, and performance of paid campaigns that promote the agency itself to law-firm owners. The Content Creator works closely with the Director of Marketing and the Organic Social Media Strategist to keep paid social consistent with the Non-Stuffy brand and focused on generating qualified interest in the company’s services. What you will be responsible for Create paid social ad creative, including copy, graphics, short-form video, and variations for testing. Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant paid social channels. Write clear, non-stuffy ad copy that speaks to law-firm owners and supports the company’s positioning. Set up campaign structure, targeting, budgets, and tracking in coordination with the Director of Marketing. Monitor performance daily/weekly, optimize ads, pause underperformers, and scale what works. Report results in plain language (spend, results, cost per inquiry, creative insights). Maintain a steady pipeline of new creative so campaigns do not go stale. Collaborate with the Organic Social Media Strategist so paid and organic stay aligned in message and look. Follow brand standards so all paid social reflects a competent, human, Non-Stuffy voice. Stay current on platform changes, ad formats, and creative trends that improve paid social results. Who you are 4+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing paid social advertising. Proven ability to write ad copy and produce visual creative (graphics and/or short video). Experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (or similar platforms). Comfortable owning both creative production and campaign management. Strong attention to performance data and willingness to test and improve. Clear writing style that can sound professional without sounding stuffy. Experience marketing a service business or professional services is a plus. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
