The firm is dedicated to representing clients in complex medical malpractice and related litigation matters. Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of medical malpractice and civil litigation in an on-site role located in Hendersonville, TN. This full-time position involves preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with pleadings and motions, and managing case files and discovery materials. The paralegal will conduct legal research, review and summarize records and documents, and coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining calendars and deadlines, supporting trial preparation, and ensuring accurate and timely filing of court documents. Qualifications Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review, including organizing, formatting, and summarizing case materials. Experience with legal research, including use of legal databases and analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law. Proficiency in drafting and managing pleadings and motions, with attention to court rules and filing requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar, accuracy, and clarity. High level of organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines in a litigation environment. Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team setting and maintaining professional client and colleague interactions. Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems. Paralegal certificate or degree in a related field required. 4 years of prior medical malpractice or civil litigation experience is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
