Sales Account Manager / Technical Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative Role

\n
• Take ownership of an established Northeast Mississippi territory with significant potential for further growth.
\n
• Develop new industrial and manufacturing accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers.
\n
• Drive sales of compressed air equipment, industrial solutions, aftermarket products, and services.
\n
• Develop business across industrial manufacturing, food production, poultry processing, and related process industries.
\n
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial technical discussions through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
\n
• Develop long-term relationships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance teams, operations professionals, and key industrial decision-makers.
\n
• Identify opportunities for capital equipment alongside recurring aftermarket and service revenue.
\n
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a significant emphasis on new customer acquisition.
\n
• Work autonomously across the territory while attending regular company meetings in Memphis.

Sales Account Manager / Technical Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative Requirements

\n
• Proven B2B industrial outside sales experience.
\n
• Technical sales experience within an industrial equipment or engineered solutions environment.
\n
• Industrial CAPEX / process equipment sales experience.
\n
• Proven ability to develop business within manufacturing environments.
\n
• Experience with air compressors or compressed air systems would be highly advantageous.
\n
• Candidates with pumps, vacuum, fluid power, industrial equipment, automation, HVAC, or electrical/mechanical systems experience will also be considered.
\n
• Strong new business development skills with the drive to grow an underdeveloped territory.
\n
• Comfortable managing customer relationships and sales opportunities independently.
\n
• Ideally based in North Mississippi with the ability to attend weekly meetings in Memphis.
