**Your future role at a glance** + **Location:** Cedar Park, TX + **Facility:** Ascension Seton Cedar Park Medical Center + **Specialty:** ICU + **Schedule:** Night Shift | Full-time 36 hours (3 - 12 hour shifts) - 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Rotating weekends **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), following established clinical protocols to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. + Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting interventions to support recovery and clinical goals. + Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition changes to the interdisciplinary team for coordinated, patient-centered care. + Execute physician and nursing orders accurately while maintaining compliant and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR). + Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care. **What minimum requirements you'll need** **Licensure / Certification / Registration** + Required Credential(s): + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. **Education** + Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
