Work Environment\nThis position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for a flexible schedule while ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations. As a member of our mental health team, you will collaborate closely with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care. While the standard work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we understand the importance of flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of our patients. Your daily tasks can be completed from a quiet, dedicated workspace of your choice.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans. \n
- Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver high-quality interventions. \n
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community and address shared mental health issues. \n
- Maintain a collaborative approach by engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure patient continuity of care. \n
- Provide timely crisis intervention and support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. \n
- Educate patients regarding their mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and the array of community resources available to them. \n
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential patient records. \n
- Regularly participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education workshops to enhance your clinical skills. \n
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapies to incorporate innovative practices into treatment. \n
You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, experiencing various mental health conditions, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches. \n
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment strategies. \n
- Experience delivering therapy to diverse populations and in both individual and group settings. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. \n
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software. \n
- Capability to function collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, based on experience and qualifications.
