Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Claremont, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry Nurse in a rural healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized bedside care to diverse patient populations, including newborns through geriatrics, mainly focusing on telemetry and medical/surgical units. The role requires independent functioning and the ability to handle high-acuity cases in a small unit setting. Job Details Position Description: This is an MS (Medical-Surgical), TELE (Telemetry), and PCU (Progressive Care Unit) needs. Travelers must be comfortable working across all specialties and should have experience in each. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: RN license valid in New Hampshire or a Compact state, American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, 3 years of experience in Telemetry, Med/Surg, or PCU, telemetry experience, basic dysrhythmia test, current skills checklists for Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU, and supervisory reference from within the past two years. Preferred Qualifications: Rural/small facility experience, previous travel experience. Additional Information: Candidates must have their own vehicle. All scheduling requests should be made at the time of submission, including specific RTO (Request Time Off). No scheduling accommodations or requests after offer will be considered. Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
