Server Pay Rate: $3.63 + Tips. Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage). Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. Responsibilities You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips.
