In this high-impact individual contributor role, youll sit at the center of the sales process, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, business-aligned solutions that build buying confidence and set customers up for long-term success. What Youll Do

Lead Technical Discovery and Evaluation: 

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and product evaluations across mid-market and enterprise opportunities. 
• Guide prospects through evaluation cycles and help them reach product-fit consensus. 
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in LinkLives platform, features, and real-world application across customer use cases. 
• Design, validate, and document technical solutions for prospective customers. 

Bring Solutions to Life: 

• Translate customer requirements into tailored demonstrations and technical solutions aligned to business outcomes. 
• Design and deliver customized product demos that reflect each customers technical environment. 
• Participate in RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical assessments. 
• Use AI-assisted tools to work more efficiently across discovery, solution design, and documentation. 

Partner Across the Business: 

• Collaborate with Sales on deal strategy, positioning, and technical validation throughout the sales cycle. 
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams to keep everyone aligned. 
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to implementation and onboarding. 
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform Product and Engineering and influence roadmap discussions. 
• Contribute to reusable solution patterns, demo assets, and documentation that help the Solutions Consulting team scale. 
• Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in customer engagement and contact centers.

What Were Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or related technical consulting roles with enterprise software 
• 5+ years of experience with contact centers, digital customer engagement, telephony, IVR, or related technologies 
• Strong understanding of technology platform capabilities and system integration concepts 
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer environments and introduce new concepts to solve problems 
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience using AI-assisted tooling for solution documentation, knowledge base creation, or RFP response 

Bonus Points For:

• Experience supporting regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or government 
• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms, AI-driven customer engagement, or cloud communications 
• Experience influencing product direction through customer feedback and technical insight 
• Familiarity with email/messaging infrastructure (DNS, DKIM/SPF, SES, or similar) and comfort troubleshooting configuration issues alongside DevOps/Engineering

What Well Offer

Competitive Compensation: 

• Base salary: $122,000 – $169,500 
• Variable compensation target: $18,000 – $25,500 
• Total OTE: $140,000 – $195,000 

Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including candidates skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
