Registered Behavior Technician

Oklahoma Pediatric Therapy Center has a full time opening for a Registered Behavioral Technician. We are searching for a smart, forward-thinking, solution-seeking, flexible, confident individual to join our amazing team. We are a growing, Christ centered multidisciplinary clinic that values collaboration with other therapists and professionals. We offer occupational, physical and speech therapy services as well as behavioural therapy and ABA services in our beautiful Yukon, OK clinic. This position wears many hats and needs to be a person willing to do whatever is necessary at any time. Responsibilities and Duties Implement the treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members Provide treatment in outpatient setting Requirements Experience working with children in an ABA setting Laptop Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members Previous pediatric experience Must be able to pass a background check Must have reliable transportation Available to work until 5:15 M‑Th (option to end at 1:30 pm 2 days a week) and Friday until 1:15 6+ months of direct ABA experience (preferred) BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (preferred) Benefits $19-22/hour based on your experience and certification.
