Imaging Coordinator

Imaging Production Coordinator What You’ll Do Lead and provide daily direction to department employees, establishing accountable production standards and cross‑training staff to ensure project timelines and high‑quality customer order outcomes are met. Collaborate directly with customers and internal local market stakeholders through regular meetings and clear communications to proactively research and resolve issues, modifying work procedures as needed to meet customer demands. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, billing policies, and established imaging procedures, while successfully assisting with the department’s invoicing processes. What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of supervisory experience in imaging operations or a similar production‑driven field. Strong knowledge of imaging processes, basic project management lifecycles, and fundamental billing and invoicing workflows. Proven ability in driving production, mentoring personnel, and managing external customer communication effectively. A High School Diploma is required (College Degree preferred), and the candidate must be willing and able to successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and obtain a Public Trust Clearance (restricted to US Persons). What We Offer Compensation: $22.50/hr + Benefits. Shift: 7:30 am – 4 pm; Must be available for overtime. Location: 700 Distribution Dr., SW, Atlanta.
